I’m Melanie—a U.S. Navy veteran and Real Estate Agent serving the Triad, NC and beyond—and I help people become homeowners who thought it wasn’t possible.

Service is at the core of who I am. My time in the Navy shaped how I show up: disciplined, committed, and mission-focused. And now, that mission is simple—helping my clients win.

I specialize in working with first-time homebuyers and veterans, especially those who feel stuck renting because they think they don’t have enough saved or don’t qualify yet. And the truth is… most of them are closer than they think.

My job is to find the path others don’t show you. That means helping you buy with little to no money out of pocket, finding builder incentives, grants, and hidden opportunities, and negotiating hard while protecting you every step of the way.

In 2025 alone I helped 33 families buy and sell real estate and secured over $118,000 in closing cost credits for my buyers!

I don’t do surface-level service—I go all in for my clients. If there’s a way to make it happen, I will find it. And if there’s not, I’ll build you a clear plan to get there fast.
